I’m a passionate personal trainer with a BSc (Hons) in Sport Psychology from the University of Salford. Having trained for 3 years, I have experienced the physical and mental benefits of regular training first-hand and have developed a deep understanding of the power fitness has to enhance both physical health and overall well-being.
